Sample Programs: "Storybook App Creation"
This residency is a fun filled 3 or 5 day program where students create a story book app for computers or movie devices with their own illustrations, animations, voice readings, sound effects and illustrations. Students are taken through the process of story creation. After the story has been written, they work with their art teacher and Sean to create a storyboard and illustrations to accompany the story. Sean then brings a complete digital recording studio and records the students telling the story and sound effects.

Once all the content has been created, Mr. Driscoll will compile the story into a digital app for distribution. There are several formats available including apps for iPhone, iPad, Andriod devices and Kindle and Ibook Readers. Each class will create one story book. This a wonderful time for kids to learn to work in teams and collaborate. The residency has curriculum connections with technology, literature, reading and art.

"Diggery Digger's Dino Adventure"
While Paleontologist Diggery Diggers is showing his dinosaur fossils to a live audience, he discovers a “top secret” box the museum accidentally packed. Curious, Diggery opens the box and unleashes the DinoSauroScope 3000 or DINA taking the audience back into time to interact with dinosaurs. All is well until they use DINA on a large dinosaur egg. The egg hatches and a terrible thing happens. The dinosaurs in museums around the world start to come alive! The only way to stop this dinosaur regeneration is to return the baby dinosaur back to it’s mother. Come along for a rocking dino adventure with Diggery and save the human race.

The show has incredible props including large interactive animated characters, dinosaur bones, a giant dinosaur egg and beautiful puppets. “Super Me”
A fast paced theatrical adventure that combines high-energy hip-hop dance, intense video gaming, astounding magic, interactive animation and a live actor. Audience members are taken on a virtual journey into a comic book world to help a young boy escape from bullies. Amazing animated and real life videos are projected onto a large screen during the performance allowing audience members to interact with the characters. The audience must help the boy overcome obstacles and solve puzzles using super powers onstage (Super Human Strength, X-Ray vision, Telekinesis, and Aquakinesis.)

During the show, kids are taught a hip-hop dance based on the “Super Me” theme music. At the end of the show, the kids must perform the dance to move to next level of the Super Me training program.
